Project Brief
The Spiral up to Success project has been strategically crafted to amplify the capabilities of two
prominent civil society organizations, namely the Multicultural Health Brokers Cooperative
(MCHB) and Gateway Association. The primary aim is to empower these organizations in
delivering robust employment connection services to immigrants and refugees facing diverse
barriers, including disabilities. This transformative initiative adopts an intersectionality and pandisability
inclusion lens, crucial for comprehending and effectively addressing the unique
vulnerabilities present within each client group.
